I’m a mid-30′s geek who’s packed in the Rat Race and the London Life to be with my gorgeous fiancé, who I am desperately in love with, in our little cottage by the sea (an excellent move if you ask me). I dabble in photography and FX trading (and by dabble I mean I’m superficially good but not exactly brilliant) and I’m a bloody good programmer (do you have patents pending? No, didn’t think so :) ).

I have a bizarre, and some might say twisted, sense of humour and a take on the world that is completely out of kilter with everyone else. I like shiny technology and flash gear, I just can’t afford any of it any more, I like my films to be bad sci-fi, my books to be funny fantasy and my computer games to be either hideously complex and in depth, or stupidly simple and addictive (not that I ever have the time to play any more).

Oh, and I predicted that BluRay would win over HD-DVD because the boxes were a nice shade of blue, not a hideous shade of maroon, and I was right :D
